How you start

You don't have to change your email address. At all.

Flip the auto-forward switch in Gmail or Outlook once. From that moment, every message you receive lands in your new GlanceMail inbox, organized and safe. That's the whole setup.

The setup

Forward it all. Read it here.

Your entire email stream flows into GlanceMail from day one. Spam and scams die, phishing never gets a chance to be clicked, newsletters arrive clean and summarized, and your new inbox shows only what matters. Nothing gets bounced back to your old inbox, so there are no double copies and no forwarding loops. Your address, your accounts, your history: all unchanged.

Optional power move

Hand out your GlanceMail address

Once you have it, you can also give you@glancemail.com to newsletters, stores and trials so your real address never spreads further. Nice to have, not required. The protection works either way.

You keep your address. Your old inbox keeps every original as an archive. You just get a far better place to read.

The problem

Your inbox stopped being yours.

Every signup hands your real address to another list, another data broker, another breach. The important stuff drowns under promotions and tracking pixels. And the dangerous stuff still gets through.

🎣

Scams get through, and people click

Phishing is the most reported cybercrime in the FBI's internet crime report, and modern spam filters still let convincing fakes land. One click can cost a password, a 2FA code, or a bank account.

Email eats over a quarter of the workweek

More than a quarter of the average working week goes to email. Newsletters are mostly ads. Unsubscribe links half-work or just confirm you're a live target.

🕳️

The "free" fixes sell you

The free inbox-cleanup apps make their money selling your purchase data. Alias forwarders relay the junk unfiltered. In-inbox AI acts after the mail has already landed.

"Three people at the same company clicked one phishing email, then typed their Google password and their two-step verification code into a fake login page. The URL wasn't even close to real."

A true story I heard recently, and the moment I decided to build this. Those three people never should have seen that email. A filter that stands in front of the inbox catches it before anyone gets the chance to click.

How it works

A checkpoint your mail passes before it reaches you.

Three steps, and the third one runs around the clock without you thinking about it.

Reserve your address

You get you@glancemail.com. It's your new inbox: same mail, none of the junk, nothing to migrate.

Auto-forward to it

Flip the forwarding switch in Gmail or Outlook. Every message you receive now lands in GlanceMail, and your old inbox keeps its copy as an archive.

AI organizes every message

Each email is checked for spam and phishing, cleaned of ads and trackers, summarized, and scored for importance before you ever see it. Sensitive mail like login codes skips the AI and lands untouched.

The result: an inbox that shows only what matters. Everything else waits in a searchable archive and a weekly roll-up, one tap away.

What it does

Protects you, saves you time, saves you money.

Kills spam & phishing

Scams and credential-stealing fakes are blocked before they ever reach your eyes, not filed into a folder you still have to clean.

Strips ads & spy pixels

Newsletters arrive clean, and tracking pixels are removed server-side so senders can't tell when you opened.

Summarizes the long stuff

A tight summary on top of anything worth reading, so you skim your week in minutes instead of an afternoon.

Fast-tracks what's urgent

Login codes, receipts, banking and real messages from real people are detected and pinned to the top of your inbox in seconds, without the AI ever touching them.

True one-click unsubscribe

It actually sends the removal request and confirms it, instead of just hiding the sender from view.

Saves every newsletter

Your newsletters are archived, ad-stripped and summarized into one calm weekly digest and a searchable library you can actually use.

Where this goes

A full inbox, not just a filter.

GlanceMail opens as the clean place you read your mail. Next comes one-click Google sign-in so you can reply from your own address without leaving GlanceMail, then search, snooze and sender controls. The plan is simple: a modern mail suite where the AI already did the sorting.

  • At launch: read, search, restore and unsubscribe in a clean inbox
  • Right after: reply as yourself with one-click Google sign-in
  • Always: your old inbox keeps every original, untouched
Why it's different

It's a brand-new inbox with HEY's calm, without changing your address. It's SimpleLogin with a brain.

Alias tools give you an address but forward everything blindly. AI assistants connected to your inbox only help when you ask: they can summarize on demand, but they can't stand guard. GlanceMail is active filtering plus a clean place to read. It works on every message, around the clock, before a single one reaches your eyes, and your old inbox keeps every original untouched. That's a position the big providers structurally won't take, because their business is keeping you inside their inbox.

Never sells your data?
Privacy is the point

You're the customer, not the product.

The reason GlanceMail is a paid product is so your mail never has to be the thing being sold. The data-broker inbox apps are free because you are the inventory. This one isn't.

Never sold, never ad-targeted. Your mail is not inventory for anyone.
Never used to train models. Zero-retention processing, enforced with the providers.
Trackers stripped before delivery. Spy pixels never fire from your device.
Sensitive mail skips the AI. Login codes and banking are detected and delivered untouched.

Honest version: your mail is read by machines, only to run your service, never stored longer than needed, and never used to target ads or train models. No agent ever sits inside your real mailbox.

For builders

An email address your AI agents can actually use.

The same address is programmable. An API, signed webhooks, and an MCP server let your agents sign up for services, pull login codes and magic links, and read clean structured summaries, without you handing over your real inbox. This is a separate surface for developers.

Honest pricing

Planned, and paid from day one.

No free tier, because a free address that intercepts all your mail is either a cost I can't sustain or a reason to sell your data, and I won't do the second one. Reserving an address is free and holds your spot. A 30-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What does reserving an address actually do?

It locks your @glancemail.com address so nobody else can take it, and it holds your place in line for early access. Reserving is free. When your invite arrives you decide whether to activate it.

How does the waitlist work?

Everyone gets a numbered spot in the order they reserve, after the first 451 early invites that are already spoken for. Every friend who reserves through your invite link moves you up 25 spots, and 10 friends puts you in the first invite batch. That's the whole system, no tricks.

Do I have to change my email address?

No. Your address stays yours. You auto-forward your existing Gmail or Outlook to your GlanceMail address and start reading your mail in GlanceMail instead: same mail, organized and safe, starting with the very next message. And one-click Google sign-in for replying from your own address is coming right after launch, so nothing about how people reach you ever changes.

Will I get duplicate emails or forwarding loops?

No. GlanceMail is where you read, not a relay: it never sends your mail back to your old inbox, so there is nothing to duplicate and no loop to create. Your old inbox quietly keeps its original copies as an archive, and Gmail can even auto-archive those so it stays clean.

Can I reply to emails from GlanceMail?

At launch you read, search, restore and unsubscribe in GlanceMail, and for the occasional reply you pop back to your old inbox, which still holds every original. Right after launch, one-click Google sign-in adds replying from your own address without leaving GlanceMail. That's the path to a full mail suite with the AI doing the sorting.

Can't I just connect ChatGPT to my Gmail?

You can, but that's on-demand: it answers when you ask. It can't do active filtering, so the phishing email still lands, the newsletter ads still load, and the spam still buries the important stuff until you think to ask about it. GlanceMail organizes every message, 24/7, whether or not you're looking.

Is it safe to let AI read my email?

The AI never takes actions from what an email says. It only labels and summarizes; the real decisions (what lands in your inbox, what gets unsubscribed) are made by strict rules in code, not by the model. Anything sensitive like login codes and banking is detected and delivered untouched, without the AI seeing it. And no agent ever lives inside your old mailbox. GlanceMail only sees what you forward to it.

What if something important gets filtered out?

When it's unsure, the message stays visible in your GlanceMail inbox instead of being archived. Must-deliver mail (2FA codes, receipts, password resets) is pinned to the top automatically. And everything it catches sits in a searchable archive, so a single tap restores a message and tells GlanceMail to always allow that sender. Worst case, your old inbox still has the original.

Can I keep using Gmail or Outlook?

Yes. Your old inbox keeps every original message untouched, so you can open it any time and everything is still there. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked in. GlanceMail just becomes the place you actually want to read.

Do you sell my data or show ads?

Never. It's a paid product specifically so your mail never has to be sold. No ad targeting, no data brokers, no training models on your mail.

When does it launch, and what will it cost?

I'm building it now. Planned pricing starts around $9/mo with no free tier and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Reservations hear first, in waitlist order.

Good addresses go first.

Every @glancemail.com address is unique, and yours is only yours if you claim it. Reserving is free and takes about a minute.
